I don't really like to drink egg nog per se, but I love the taste of it, so I have been taking the liberty of pouring it into whatever I am baking, and it gives baked goods such a creaminess and a rich flavor! I made egg nog banana bread the other day, egg nog muffins (to which one could add dried cranberries or something of the like) and this morning I made egg nog pancakes. I use Horizon's organic variety, nothing else compares! :) Just wanted to share this fun holiday baking tip! :)
