Ingredients: any and all children you can find in your house
Instructions: read a story to your children, and when you are done, tickle them until everyone is red in the face laughing, including yourself.
Let them cool off a bit, and then tuck them in for afternoon naps. Yourself included. Enjoy, and repeat several times each week!
